What is the best tattoo shop to go to in Phoenix Arizona?

I want a badass tattoo that will go on my back. It will be very detailed because my boyfriend is drawing it for me so I need a badass artist to be able to tattoo it on my back. I searched online but it I am trying to get as much info as possible because this is very important to me. Permanent!!

Divinty tattoo’s Paolo he is amazing. You can check out some of his work online just google divinty tattoo. They just opened a new shop in Phoenix. He has a long waiting list but he is definitly worth it. It could take many months to even see him. I personally dont want anyone but him doing any of my work.
