Im a tattoo artist and need a good program to transform my sketches into clean computer graphics. When you draw with a pen or pencil its not as "clean" as a drawing made on a computer, how can i turn my drawings into computer graphics?

Get a scanner and buy Adobe Illustrator. From there you can freehand trace or use the programs livetrace function to create a clean graphic.
Well first off im guessing your scanning them in using a scanner, make sure the scanning plate is as clean as it can be to stop any dust particles from going onto the picture.
As for cleaning up the image once scanned I would recommend photoshop for that as it has all the tools you need, but is a bit costly.
A free program i would recommend is Paint.net, it has alot of tools for cleaning up images, but not as many as photoshop.
Lastly get to know all the tools in the program of choice.
Paint.net,

You dont need software, you need a hardware.
you need a scanner to create an electronic image. A touchpad for drawing on scanned would be nice but they tend to be expensive.
