What is a good graphics program that would already be on my computer?

I want to design my own tattoo using my computer. I need a program that can teach me how to use it.

Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Image Ready are 2 good programmes for different things like in your case designing tattoos or designing web sites (www.adobe.com)
Microsoft Paint in accessories folder the best one there is! Use it every day for my business and illustrations. Simple Interface but with practice can be a great tool for graphics designs!
