What do tattoo artists use to stencil on tattoos?

I want to get a tattoo on the side of my foot, but my feet sweat really bad when I’m nervous. I’ve tried to draw it in pen to see if i like it, but i can only ever do it when my feet are really dry. Would the tattoo artist have a hard time stenciling the tattoo on me?

I don’t think so because while they’re doing the tattoo they whipe it clean of blood and ink in the middle constantly and they use alcoholic fluid and a cloth to do this so if that doesn’t smudge the printing from the stencil sweat won’t either.
That’s my guess at least.
Premade stencils allow tattoo artists to create accurate, well-proportioned tattoos.
