i want a tattoo that has a meaning… and i was thinking of getting.. "mahal kita" writen in fancy writing…. as my fience is frm the philipines..
do you think thats a bit silly..??

i was thinking permanant. and i also dnt know where sugestions
i like Vanilla`Goddess suggestion. rather than i love… having something else. like the "habang buhay" ^_^

I think it’s a good idea.
I have "Harus Ankara" on my shoulder blade. My husband is Finnish and it means "Stay Strong", wrapped in ivy, which symbolizes love and fidelity in a marriage. It is to remind me to stay strong in every sense of the word in my marriage.
So I think it’s a great idea. As for location, that’s really up to you. Do you want it to be more discreet or more noticeable? The shoulder blade is a good place to get it, as it is more hidden, and you also have room so it doesn’t have to be tiny (like, say, on your ankle)
If you are getting it for you, then its fine. Remember, bigger is better and on the green is a good place.
If you are getting it for anyone else, don’t do it. People are fickle and tattoos are forever.
Whenever you get a tattoo, you have to LOVE the idea. Don’t get something because you want a tattoo, get something when you HAVE TO have it!
don’t put silly stuff on your body (u & i , she & me , i luv u) really silly and childish. Tattoo’s r meant to be sexy !! so very very carefully choose something sexy and the most important thing is where to put it on your body, this or fails the tattoo or makes it glorious. i personaly like tattoo’s on the lower back "above the a**" of the girl or if u want something more wild go for the neck.. waw really cool..
Definitely get something that will mean something to you… whatever your future. I have a couple of tattoos that my ex and I got together or like one another and even though we aren’t together anymore, they represent a part of my past, who I am. So, I don’t regret them at all. They are tasteful too, so that definitely helps. Now I did get his initial on my ankle and that one just doesn’t mean the same for me as the others, so I had that one covered up and it’s great. I chose to cover it with a lotus flower too because they symbolize growth. So, really it’s just a matter of really thinking about how you’ll feel (not to jinx it), if things change.
