I want a full back tattoo, it won’t have much color and it is not too detailed. I have had small tattoos done, but I am not sure about how much money I need to save for that big of one. Does anyone have an idea on price ranges?

I started lifting about a year and a half ago (the september after I graduated high school) and I gained over 60lbs of muscle. I have stretch marks all over and keep getting more. I want a tattoo, but how can I if my skin will grow stretch marks? Am I limited to only small tattoos?

I have never been comfortable having tattoos, especially at the age I am. I live right around Chicago and would like information on where I can go to get 2 very small tattoos removed, and about how much it would cost. They are about 2 inches big and just made with black ink on back/shoulder blades. Can you please help me with some general information on tattoo removal along with an estimated cost and location?
