I bought a rhinestone jewelry tattoo at Claire’s but it didn’t come with any instructions. I really don’t think you put it on the same as the other temporary tattoos, but I really dont know, especially because it has rhinestones and a shape made out in glitter. Does anyone know how to put this type of tattoo on? It is NOT the peel sticker type.

I have a tattoo on my left shoulder blade that I want gone. How much does it usually cost to get a tattoo removed? Is the proceedure painful? I’ve heard the removal with leave a horrible scar, is this true? And if so, is the scar the shape of the tattoo?
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
