I have never been comfortable having tattoos, especially at the age I am. I live right around Chicago and would like information on where I can go to get 2 very small tattoos removed, and about how much it would cost. They are about 2 inches big and just made with black ink on back/shoulder blades. Can you please help me with some general information on tattoo removal along with an estimated cost and location? I have a palm sized colored (violent and blues) theater masks on my right shoulder. Should I be looking for a tattoo with big black ink blocks, or something with a lot of color and detail?
