Do they have nothing better to do??? I am planning on getting a tattoo, but the area of my body on which I plan to get it is heavily scarred in places due to a mis-spent youth. I was just wondering: a) is it possible to tattoo over scar tissue? & b) does the scarring adversely affect the look of the tattoo in any way?
