Original girl with dragon tattoo?
There was a (sort of) famous illustration of a girl with a dragon tattoo during the 1980s. The image is of a nude female, shown from behind, kneeling and looking over her shoulder, with a dragon tattoo completely covering her back. I’ve seen the illustration twice: once accompanying a story in a men’s magazine (Penthouse? Hustler?) in which a woman is given a tattoo without her knowledge while she is under sedation, and the other was a Paper Moon Graphics® (I think) blank greeting card.
Would love to find this illustration again. Maybe the current Girl with the Dragon Tattoo was inspired by the original? I wouldn’t be surprised. I hope someone can provide a link to this image. Thanks.

Not sure if this is the film you’re talking about, but there was an 80′s film called Tattoo with Maud Adams about a model who had her whole body tattooed while she was asleep or drugged or something like that, but I don’t think it was a dragon she had on her back thou, maybe a large flower – sorry that was no help at all really!
