Is it possible to get a tattoo to cover my birthmark?

My birthmarks on my face and I am enlisting so I don’t mean some tattoo art. I just want them to put some Flesh tone ink in the tattoo pen and cover it up!
(I know it won’t be perfect but a high yellow or pinkish tattoo will be alot less noticible then the actual Purple birthmark.
