How much does getting a tattoo on your wrist hurt?
It’s my first tattoo, and some people say that having it on the lower part of your wrist doesn’t hurt.
I’m 16, and thinking of getting a daft little symbol. It’s not a big deal.
On a scale of 1-10, how much does getting a tattoo on your wrist hurt?
Thanks guys.
(Oh I reposted this question as I didn’t get many answers with the last one, so I hope I get canny few answers)

It’s simple: the thinner the skin or the bonier the area, the higher the pain level will be.
Because the wrist is a bony area with thin skin, it is definitely one of the more painful places to get a tattoo.
It all comes down to how sensitive you are to pain though, for the most part while certainly unpleasant it shouldn’t be unbearable.
my friend got a medium sized tattoo today, she didnt seem like she was in pain!
im a 16 yr old girl and my name on my inner wrist didn’t hurt at all, so it shouldn’t hurt you
Wrist tattoos are one of the more painful area to get a tattoo simply because the bones in your wrist are closer to the skin. The bonier the area the more it will hurt. Then again people feel pain differently and like you said its going to be a small tattoo so I’m sure you’ll survive!
I got a peace sign tattooed on my inner wrist, and on a scale of 1-10 the pain was about a 2. You’ll be fine.
The arms are typically a pretty easy spot to tattoo/have tattooed. Especially if it’s small.
Out of all my tattoos- wrist, inner bicep, upper half sleeve, a quarter of my back, ankle and foot, my wrist was by far the easiest and least painful.
