How do I take a tattoo on my back and make it into graphic art?

I have a tattoo on my back of a frog and I would like to use it as my logo. So I need to be able to put it on web sites and business cards. I can only guess I need it with a transparent back ground. I do not draw and this is a one of a kind tattoo. Are there any sites or information out there to get this done? I need to be able to make this part of a background so I will also need to change it’s color from black. And please do not say just do it in paint shop.. I tried I need instruction.

If you have a digital camera or access to one I would get someone to take a photo of it, then it should be a .jpg or .tif file that you can open up in Adobe Photoshop or similar graphic program. You then could manipulate it from there. If you aren’t savvy enough in the graphics programs I would still take the digital photo of it, put it on a disk and take it to your local sign shop, for a small fee they should be able to help you get it into a format that you could use….
