How bad is getting a tattoo on the back of your thighs?

Im getting something written across the back of my thighs tomorrow and i’ve heard that they hurt pretty bad there. Its my first tatt so im kinda nervous and was wondering if anyones gotten a tattoo there before? Is the pain as bad as people say it is in that area? Im going to get the tattoo no matter what, im just curious.

its soft meat. I mean pinch ur self from ur tigh and see it stings.
It’s going to hurt, but I’d be more worried about how hideous it’s going to look when you can’t keep your thighs toned anymore and the writing becomes a blobby blur due to celullite.
My opinion is that a tattoo is a little strange in the back of your thighs. Their are so many other better places to get one.
