help with this tattoo?

I was thinking about getting a tattoo similar to this on my chest over my heart, well on my boob lol. but i want the rose to be red and scaled down to about 2inches 
how much do you think this would cost? estimates would be great! thanks

no, no meaning, i wanted some form of red rose for england though, but it doesnt particularly mean anything lol, thanks for opinions

I wouldn’t get it on your boob. Kind of weird. I don’t know about the price. get it someplace else, or not at all.
I would say not the boob; the black will fade and it will not look as good. Why not the hip or arm? I would guess this would be about $100
Dear God, please no. First…do you really think you’re going to want a rose on your boob for the rest of your life? I know that whole "think of how you’re going to feel about it when you’re 60" line sucks and usually I would never say anything like that…but it’s your boob. Please put a lot of thought before getting a tattoo on your boob. Make sure it’s really something that you want.
That tattoo is awful. The shading is bad, it’s faded…and it’s boring tribal. Tribal just looks so masculine on a girl. You could get a prettier rose drawn up from a tattoo artist…
