Does tattoo hurt Here?
Ok.
Im 19 years of age and im ready for my 1st tattoo. Many people younger than me already have tattoos, and i know its a pain tolerance..
Where i was wanting to get a tattoo hmm ive been thinking. I want to get something on my back that stretches over my shoulder, or on the back of my arm, or on the side of my stomach. I think i want to start off with sense im " Italian" that i want to get " strength in cursive writing on the side of my stomach. eh yeah pretty big.. Can any one give me some helpful tips before i go and get this and then regret it?

For your first one, I’d really consider starting with something small. If you go big, and learn 30 minutes into it that the pain is too intense for you, then you either have to continue, or have half a tattoo and go back and finish at another time. I would start out with one in a more fatty area than the shoulder blades. You could also try taking some Tylenol an hour before they start working on you, that might help a little bit.
*sigh* Tattoos. Hurt. Anywhere. Several needles puncturing your skin rapidly is NOT a pleasant tickle.
that is huge. it just feels like you’re getting a shot over and over again. you get used to it. but that hige stomach thing might hurt afterr 2 hours of pricking you
heyy, im " Italian" too! lol
i think its gorgeous but hey, you do what u want!
Make sure you eat first. Any tattoo done over a bone hurts but it usually goes numb after a while.
Here is an important tip.DON’T DO IT !!!!!!!!
The bigger the tattoo is, the worse you will feel about it as you get older, and the tattoo becomes indistinct, just a muddy blob of blue, green, and whatever other colors you have. Before you get a tattoo, look at one that has been on someone for at least 5 years….It costs LOTS of money to remove them.
I have my son’s hand print and foot print on my upper back with his name between them and after a while the spot goes kind of numb at least thats what happends for me!
Tattoos are like having someone annoy you for like a couple hours…it only hurts at first then it is just annoying to have that dullish pain for however long it takes…don’t get me wrong, it hurts at first but you get used to it. Then its just uncomfortable.
yes that is going to hurt REALLY bad.
I would start with a smaller one yopu should get a small tatoo under the belly button
