I’m interested in getting my first tattoo and I know exactly what I would want. It’s two words, simple and meaningful to me. I’d want it rather small, and I figured I could easily hide it with clothing. I’m not sure if this is the best place but I keep coming back to it. I’ve read some peoples opinions, however they are usually talking about larger tattoos. I’m wondering how much it hurts (my pain threshold is pretty average) and if there’s a better spot that I should consider!

I currently have three tattoos, Shoulder blade, foot and calf. I wanted to get a tattoo behind my ear and wanted opinions from people that actually have tattoos behind their ear and how it compares?

I have a 7" crucifix tattoo on my forearm to show devotion to my faith. I just got a new corporate job and will never show my tattoo during work hours. I am, however, a bit worried a coworker (even my boss) will inevitably see it in town (city of 100,000 and the company employs 1,200 people) and perceive it as unprofessional. Could this tattoo possibly prohibit me advancing my career with this company with these circumstances? If so, should I spend the money to remove it?

I’m due for both a meningitis and tetatnus shot within the next few weeks before going away to college, but I have a tattoo aapointment scheduled in 3 weeks. Will the shot have any effect on how my body reacts to the tattoo?

Im getting a forearm tattoo next week, and i want to know how to protect it from the sun. I work outdoors for 6 hours in the heat and sunlight. Should i put a cloth bandage over the fresh tattoo? I dont want to wear long sleeve clothing cause it’ll be very very HOT.
Any suggestions?
How about if i get a tattoo on my bicep ? Should i still put a bandage on ?

I’m turning 18 in a few months, and my birthday present will be a tattoo!! I’d like to get a rose vine that starts around my arms, stretches down to my back, twists on my side, and rests on my pelvic bone. Here’s the thing: I would like to have at least one kid down the road. How badly will this stretch the tattoo? Will it be ruined?
PS I’m a size 5 if that has to do with anything. Pretty average.

I really think they look tough, but I have ambitions in life.
I don’t think a tattoo on the neck speaks professionalism.

Just wondering about what different elements (pics, shapes, colors, etc.) you put on a tattoo sleeve and what is the theme? Thinking of getting one someday. Thanks!

I really want to get a tattoo that symbolizes someone who has been a very important figure and inspiration to me since I met them. But I don’t want to do anything cliche. No names, initials, or zodiac signs. But I can’t think of any other way that I can symbolize them. Help please?
