Just got my tattoo yesterday. In the pamphlet its says, "You can expect your tattoo to take approximately two weeks to heal on the surface and up to two months to heal completely." After the 2 weeks, am I still going to continue my regular 2 week maintenance?

I want a full back tattoo, it won’t have much color and it is not too detailed. I have had small tattoos done, but I am not sure about how much money I need to save for that big of one. Does anyone have an idea on price ranges?

I am trying to get an idea for budget purposes. Getting a only black tattoo 3.5 inches by 3.5 inches of this design.

This image also means "Falcon" or so I have read and heard.
Also I am not worres about the pain but I was wondering how much you feel. I have heard some people fall asleap and others twitch. I have heard is is like a hot scratch feeling. I know it only goes under the skin about 1/16" of an inch but how does it feel? I am geting this on my right sholder blade.

I got my tattoo 9 days ago with my friends and my tattoo artist told me to put A & D ointment on it for 2 weeks. My tattoo is flaking off the ink and looks like its fading. The tattoo is all black and looks faded in the spots where it was flaking off. This is my first tattoo and i hate for it to be ruined. What should I do?

I am planning on getting a tattoo of my grandfathers signature over my heart, not really big, maybe 1x6in or there abouts. But when I have him write it out for me, how large should he do it so the tattoo artist will be able to make an exact copy. Hopefully that makes sense. Thanks!

But I still have my heart set on this career path, my parents want me to carry on modelling but it isn’t for me. I know they’re going to be shocked but if they don’t accept me for me- it’s their problem not mine.
The only problem is I have no tattoos, and I don’t want to be heavily tatooed incase I decide to take another job- as I realise tattoos could hinder my chances.
I love drawing and I am hardworking, creative and determined- I realise it will take a lot of training, and that chances are I’ll be sweeping up and things during my training, but I am willing to do this if it means I can follow my dream.
Anyway i’ll try not to ramble any longer- basically… What kind of qualifications are needed? I am good at drawing but not AMAZING, my predicted grade is an A or B and for graphics is an A*
What can I do to make sure I achieve this goal?
I research tattoo artists and watch miami ink, but what shall I work on?
I’m only 15.

I am debating whether to remove a large tattoo that is mostly black and grey. But I’d hate to leave behind a cloud of funk. The people at the tattoo removal place swear that black comes off completely. What do you think?

I am fixing to turn 18 and I am contemplating getting a tattoo. But I want it to mean something. I want it to represent what I have been through in my life (self-injury, rape, bulimia). Also I need to know where would be the best place to put it since I am going into Air Force ROTC. What do you think?

I recently got a tattoo of the Puerto Rico Flag, but the tattoo artist messed up the stripes cause she wanted to "Add more detail"… B.S. The PR Flag has 3 Red and 2 White stripes.(Red, White, Red, White, Red) She did 3 Red and 4 White (White, Red, White, Red, White, Red, White) and didn’t even place the stripes in the correct order. Not To mention that she is taking up 5 sessions already for a small tattoo that is taking up not even half of my upper arm, I paid almost 0 already for this tattoo and it is not worth it!!! I called her and told her she screwed up, she said the next session is free and she’ll try to fix it… How? Should I go to another Artist to see if they can fix it or what? Should I try and get my money back? Is there any possible way to fix the screwed up stripes?
